Diversity of cultures and languages
As fintech and financial advisory grow globally, ~1.5B of the world's 8B people speak English as a first or second language. The rest deserve access to systems and services in their own native language.
KoiZai respects cultural diversity and language.
We believe in the richness of cultures and languages. Our team brings backgrounds from across the region — language is the critical thread that makes each culture rich. Respecting culture means respecting the language people prefer.
We also tailor the platform to local cultural needs. In Muslim communities, for example, we ensure the language used is Halal — and we plan to work closely with Islamic institutions so users have access to Takaful financial products and services.

When language is the difference.
In Asia and Australasia, advisers may work with multicultural clients using English systems and documentation — even when the client's first language is something else. Today, clients often rely on verbal translation through family or friends.
How great would it be if there was a system where:
- Advisers can use a dual-language system, working with clients in their first language.
- Clients access KoiZai in their preferred language to better understand what's been presented.
- Children of clients (whose first language may now be English) can flip the system between languages while helping their parents.
- Managers, supervisors and Compliance teams can work in English while flipping the system to see what the client sees.
Speak the language of your clients.
KoiZai ships with its own language data pack. We work closely with regional users to keep adding language support over time.
