OVERVIEW

KoiZai is an AdviceTech solution built to service the growing needs of the Asian and Australian regions in modernising financial planning and wealth management.

The system is built on a single platform that could encompass each country's unique and different needs local users and cross-border clients.

We also recognise that many users and stakeholders may not use English as their first language. We aim to cater for the diversity of users, cultures, and languages.

MEANING

Why KoiZai?

In all cultures, names have significance and power and help
define us. So too, our name gives us meaning in all we do and try
to achieve.

In Asia, the Koi Fish symbolise good fortune, luck, perseverance in adversity, and strength of purpose. The humble Koi is considered a symbol of material and spiritual advancement.

These attributes are a critical reflection of the KoiZai team and our focus.

Zai (Japanese) and Cai (Chinese) is the character for wealth, property, money, wealth, assets, riches, property, and valuables. The growth and protection of financial assets are the focus of our users to achieve their lifestyle goals.

The KoiZai Journey

Start of development

With the growing acceptance of cloud-based alternatives and more powerful computing solutions, the coding and digitising of the KoiZai platform began.

2017

First Prototype

The cloud-based prototype and Proof of Concept of KoiZai were received with positive reviews.

2018

Rebuilding KoiZai with A Scalable New Architecture

The prototype was completely reviewed and although the system was working it was accepted that there would be limitations and scalability issues with the prototype.

Bravely the management team decided to completely rebuild KoiZai and implement a new system architecture and algorithm.

KoiZai brand launch

Cyberport Incubation Program

Pre-commercial beta testing was started with users across Asia.

We are taking feedback with our pre-commercial beta testing to understand further and enhance how KoiZai can work with the financial industry in two separate countries.

2021

University of New South Wales

The University of New South Wales invited KoiZai to be part of the Business School 2023 Capstone project and work with its Master's students in applied Fintech.
